I was thrilled with our room upgrade to a two-bedroom with splendid views of the water features and impressive facilities. The kitchen amenities were a great addition. The service was top-notch, although I do wish the dining options were a bit more varied. The location was superb, right in the heart of Coventry, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent value for money.
