I found some issues . the check-in system felt really disorganized. my keycards barely worked, frustrating. also, there were some burns on the carpet in the apartment, and the wooden floor felt sticky, which wasn't pleasant. I seemed like the service was lacking.

the apartment was spacious and clean. i stayed with my kids visiting family. there was security, so i felt safe enough. the location was close to most things too.

the venue didn't had clear signage, so it was hard to locate. the bed and sofa seemed like they should have been replaced a while ago. there was a cracked bathroom wall too.
